Qualified and Licenced....I am fully qualified and licenced. The Licenced Building Practioner (LBP) scheme is administered by the government to ensure that people working on your home are competent. Do it once, and do it right.... I don't take shortcuts and don't do cover ups. All my work meets building standards and good practice guidelines. I make sure my work is professional and will last – even if it doesn't need a council consent. If your project needs more than a builder, then any tradesperson I'm using will also have the right qualifications and attitude.

 

No surprises...I will always keep you updated about the jobs progress, and anything unexpected that I find.
